Just bought a NICE house with a tiny kitchen!

So we just bought a house with a TINY kitchen. This is all of it ! If anyone has any re-design ideas please share ! I will say there is a nice dining room area to the side that we are thinking of taking into the kitchen. We are also looking at relocating the washer and dryer somewhere in the house possibly, but water access is limited. . . . Thanks

Usually water lines are easy to run it is drains that are a bigger problem for the W/D the kitchen itself could be quite nice and certainly better designed but gutting it is what you need to do, if you can get a kitchen designer for the best help if that is out of the budget post a really detailed floor plan and see if someone has time to work on it
