Hmmm. Is there natural light in the room? Bright artificial light?

I wonder if you could pull a light sage color out of that floral tile? (It's hard to tell for sure on my screen.) Or maybe a light, silvery blue?

Its very dark in there...one small window near the ceiling. So it would be all artificial light. I prefer neutral color... It's just a very awkward color

Tiny? Then a light bright color may work. We used a color near the white side with a white ceiling. The results were sweet and then added some dark trim to make it all pop.

I'm a Realtor, so I've been in a whole bunch of other people's houses.

Those tiny bathrooms, powder rooms, under-the-stairs wet bars or guest baths, etc really look good with strong colors & even with bold wallpaper.

Neutrals with neutrals don't give the eye anything to look at.

With that pinky-beige color, once called rose beige & very popular in maybe the 1950's, you might use a wallpaper with a dark background & a whole bunch of color & pattern, so that the fixtures & tile don't show up like a sore thumb but actually provide a bit of "relief" or rest for the eye.

If you can't endure wallpaper, use some dramatic, colorful, strongly patterned towels, rugs, window treatments, etc, & paint the walls to show off the accessories. Crown molding is very nice in these little rooms, too.

One great thing about a small room is that you can change the whole thing so easily; a little paint, some new towels, & it's "new".

Back in the 1950's & 1960's, my aunt in Ft Worth had a bathroom with black ceramic tile floor, wainscoting, & tub/shower enclosure.

Over the years, the bathroom was pale lemon, red (in the psychedelic 60's), purple, lime green, maybe some other colors that I can't recall, & it always was beautiful.
