Help with lighting over kitchen bay window!

We will have a bay window over our kitchen sink overlooking our backyard - nature, tall trees, etc. Deciding whether to go with 2 tech lighting fire peacock pendants or canned lighting for unobstructed view from bay window. Ideas?

Love the pendants and don't have another spot in kitchen/dining roo where they will fit. But haven't seen pendant lights over bay window/sink, so not sure whether appropriate application.
