The rug is made in Turkey, 100% Polypropylene (stain resistant) and the thickness is 1.5 inches. We hope this was helpful!

What are the cleaning directions?

Hello W House!

We recommend removing spills immediately, blot with clean cloth by
pressing firmly around the spill to absorb as much as possible. Vacuum
regularly with low-powered vacuum cleaner with the beater bar turned
off. Protection from direct and continuous exposure to sunlight helps
preserve colors. Periodic professional cleaning is recommended. Happy
