I have a question to those of you that have experience with Royal Colors for many years. I placed an order there two weeks ago. At the end of the process they told me their bank dates and the number of my order. I immediatly sent the money together with that order number and never heard anything from them since then, no confirmation mail, nothing. I started to worry a few days later and checked the bank dates - they were the same I used with my last order in 2015. I could'nt login so I asked for a password reset twice but I didn't get an answer. I sent them a message using their contact formular - no reply! Last Friday I sent an email to their customer service but they didn't answer yet.

How long does it usually take till they answer when you write them? Should I be worried? I cannot believe that they would just take my money without sending the bulbs.
