I took my Chihuahua in for her wellness check yesterday. I always ask them to scan her just to make sure the chip is working.

Yesterday they told me they've come across a few where the chip has just gone bad for some reason. The vet used two different machines to scan my dog and the chip did not show up.

My vets office called Home Again and they are sending my vet a new chip, of course at no cost to me. She has had the current chip for 4 years.

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that you might want to gets yours checked. I always had peace of mind knowing she is Micro chipped....Scary to think she's really not at this point....
