These are oak floors, original to the mid-century home.

Wow!! Your work is incredible! I have a couple of questions. Can you tell me the finish on the oak floors? It looks natural but I'm wondering if it's a water or oil based finish. Also, can you please tell me the wall color used in the stairway, as well as the trim? Finally, I'd love the name of the company that put in the handrail and suspended cable. Thank you so much for your time.
