I've never tried them. But I have tried a number of white sweet potatoes. None taste like Irish Potatoes. I love them. I can use them like Irish potatoes, but they never taste like them.

That's good. There are moister varieties and drier varieties. Both kinds are good. It's a matter of preference, which kind a person prefers. My wife likes moister. I am gravitating towards the drier ones. But they're all good!
