My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Dawn, thanks for your inquiry. This house is approximately 4500 square feet. It has four bedrooms and an upstairs family room that can also be converted to a fifth bedroom. Attached is the floor plan with the room sizes. We offer this house design for sale if you might be interested in building.
