Hi,

we're in the intital phases of our new home and me and my husband are having a dilemma abou the location of the laundry room. All the bedrooms are in 2nd floor and by current design the laundry room is right next to the master bedroom. Our master walk in closet in not too big and we would love to have another closet for the master bedroom. So we're thinking will it be a wise decision to move the laundry to either the 3rd floor or the basement? I would love extra closet space but also hate the idea of hauling the laundry up or down the stairs as well. Also what would please a buyer if we sell this down the road?
