My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I think the finish is throwing me off a bit. I think it also seems a little rustic. I like cleaner lines.

    This is distress and glazed. If you can look past that to the style. This is a simple door with a profile on both sides of the rail and a flat panel. This is not an applied molding or mitered door. We could do a clean paint job on a door like this. I just didn't have a sample here like that.
