My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can you tell us:

Those dimensions were decided on site so I don't have a record of the details, but if I had to guess I would say the beams are 28" apart (on center) and the slats are 6" apart.

    Are the beams 4x6?

Shoot, the exterior was painted to match the original color, so the painter did a custom color match. Sorry I can't give you a specific color.
