Hello hello Bill, no it's not a virus so don't worry. Quite a few members have reported these pale seedlings, there are several posts regarding albino seedlings on here. Type albino into the search box at ghetto top to view them. True albinos have pure white stems and leaves, they may grow a couple of sets, but beyond that there doomed as no photosynthesis can take place, and death is inevitable. Your little guy is merely a paler shade of green, hang onto him, he may well be a tad off colour, but can survive! He may not go on to be the biggest and strongest DR, but all is not lost, yet. Let us know how it he fares?

Glad to see you have cracked the growing from seed stage, but make sure they have plenty of light, one or two are a little tall and stretched, they should soon fatten up with some daylight now they're out of the hatchery. Moist, but not swimming in water, and as much light and warmth is needed for good growth in these early stages.
