yep lucky to live in the subtropics I guess, this one grown from seed has the scent of coconut and peaches, the scent isn't that strong though. The good thing about plumeria is that they can live on neglect for a long time and then with a little bit love and nutrition they will bounce right back. This ones is close to 8 years old and still under 2 metres

looks soooo much like my red one I grew from a seed in 05. Out of 24 seedlings, 4 were deep red. 1 has pinwheel petals, all have slight scent. No fading of color as it ages. Holds deep red till flower falls off. Congrats!
