Is the optional hardwire kit included in the purchase of VTW-122A?

I want to buy the Virtu VTW-122A and it says there is an optional hardwire kit. Is it included with this purchase or do I have to look somewhere else to buy it?

    We did not receive the hardwire kit with the towel warmer that arrived Monday, 11/5. Follow the link above to see that we requested it with the order. Please check into this. Thank you.

    Hi Jan, the price you paid didn't include the hardwire kit because I wasn't aware about your special order or when you will purchase it. I am so sorry about this. I already requested to the manufacturer to ship the kit for free. However, I have just noticed this towel warmer was out of stock but I hope that's not the case with the hardwire kit. I will let you know this afternoon when the manufacturer gives me an update.
