My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About return policy : States that if not wanted for any reason send back in original package, etc. Since this item needs assembly, are you suggesting that it can be assembled, tried, then dis-ensemble back to package to then return? Do not know how one would know if you liked this item just out of the box. Please enlighten.....

Assembly and disassembly of a hydraulic barstool is fairly simple. Should the item not meet your needs, you have 30 days from receipt to initiate a return.
