My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This custom home was completed earlier this year, it is not a model. It is located in the Refuge in Lake Havasu City, AZ.

    Awesome. I was thinking it was up in the Foothills. My wife and I are building a custom home in North Phoenix now and once complete, will be looking in Havasu. What is the square footage of this home? Bedrooms, etc? How large in the garage?

    It is roughly 3200sf with a 1400sf garage, boat deep (NOT rv height.) 3 Bedrooms plus a den. It was a design/build project and we would be happy to work with you when you're ready. Just give me a call when you're in town and we can get together.
