My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I just ordered this fixture, but I'd like to request the finish in oil rubbed bronze and that the height at its lowest point from the ceiling be 30". please let me know if there is a charge for the different finish. thank you.

I can only charge the card for the amount you agreed to pay when purchased an item. I will create a new listing for you for the custom finish and let you know when it is ready for purchase.
