Dear architect....I have a similar style soffit/cantilever above a curtain wall window for a modern residence in Chicago. I am looking to install 3-4 square or round IC low profile recessed fixtures to illuminate downward.

I am doing some remediation work on the floor and have access to joists to install the lights. I am also wrapping the cantilever/floor exterior in a dark Longboard.

I could really use a recommendation on a fixture spec and spacing. I have an image of front of house, if requested.

I'd be happy to give rights for picture usage, the house is definitely portfolio quality.
