Kids bonus room - help finding game table please

I came across this picture of a 3 in 1 game table and I have been unable to find one like it to purchase for a kids bonus room. I am not interested in the 7-1 with 500 pieces to put on and off... the kids want just air hockey and foosball... any help finding this table or a simple flip with just those 2 games would be appreciated.
