My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Wattage of lights

Do you happen to know the wattage of the two Boyd Emanation lights? We have a small bathroom and wonder if a pair of the 30 watt models will be enough light. Thanks!

    each 36" fixture has a 21w T-5 fluor. lamp. This was plenty of light at the vanity mirror location, but depending on the size of your "small" bathroom you might consider at least another overhead fixture that would provide general ambient lighting. In this bath we used 3 cube wall fluor. sconces to provide general illumination because of size (length) of room a well as its double duty as a laundry space.
