My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

20 X 16 living room with a fire place and built in book shelves on one wall (tv hanging above the fire place) that opens up to the kitchen. The space is just awkward with three entrances (including the kitchen). One wall has three large windows and there are two arched entrances on closest to the wall with the fire place.
