My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    We designed that ourselves. Should I start manufacturing them for public consumption? This one is made of recycled floor boards. It took a few tries to get the mechanism just right. There is a magnet hidden in the floor so when you flip it down the front leg stops in just the right spot.

      Also, the cabinet could be built to tuck into the framing inside the wall so it sticks out minimally or not at all when folded up.

      I saw a manufacturer of Murphy Beds that makes these. Ya'll might want to Google it. They are great for Studio apartments or where space is limited.

      i am desperately looking for this kind of table. I need it custom made, and its been frustrating that people who make murphy beds don't make murphy tables?!if anyone knows folks who can get this accomplished please send them my way...
