My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Approximately 5 ft x 6ft including bench.

    Did you cover over the concrete block foundation, and did you do anything special to reduce moisture?

    please let me know the dimensions of the shower bench my contractor is telling me the one he built will not work as a seat unless I put a granite slab on top...I want this uninterrupted tile look.

    I am sure your contractor is probably worried about water infiltration. We installed a membrane up and over the seat. I usually recommend a seat depth of 18-24". This bench is full width of shower which is almost 5 ft.
