Looks like the photos were taken before and after the walkway was extended and a tree removed. I suggest going ahead with painting the faded green areas with a medium yellow-tan color from the bricks. The metal roofs are probably in excellent shape. Hiring a landscape designer for new landscaping would result in the biggest improvement to the overall appearance.

If you can do it, I think a darker roof would make a huge difference, creating much more definition. You have a long house, you might as well enjoy it. Bring attention to the front door with contrast and landscaping. Simple white trim to contrast with the roof.

Changing the textures on all the disjointed segments will make it seem deliberate and designed rather than just a bunch of extensions. Reworking the windows would add character. Those panels below the are really dating things.

You could use more of a stoop, rather than jumping into the house right off of the sidewalk (or maybe it's gone now?) Don't know which is the more recent photo. Exchanging the two bay windows for sets of French doors onto a wide patio with a low wall and a nice water feature would add some character.
