Ryobi BC30 Power Loss Source?

I was given an old Ryobi BC30 ExpandIt multi tool. I replaced its broken primer bulb and fuel lines and found that it ran well. I used it for various short tasks after acquiring a couple extra attachments. Recently (big surprise) I have been using it to blow leaves potentially for a half hour or so.

However, I have found that it sometimes runs as if choked or fuel starved. I got the blower attachment several months ago and it appeared to run fine for at least 10 minutes to complete the task at hand without issues. However, when I began my Fall tasks a couple weeks ago, I initially found that at first it wouldn't come up to speed, but then after a minute or two of idle and attempted reving, it ran clean for my few minute needs. Later, it ran fine initially for at least 10-15 minutes, but then failed to rev up, and again recently, it ran fine for perhaps 20 minutes before bogging down. At one point, I thought it might be a simple issue of low fuel in the tank but I found the tank almost full during the last failure and it is certainly not a plugged gas cap.

Does this erratic bogging down suggest a specific problem area to anyone? On one occasion, it ran fine for awhile, failed and then I idled it for awhile and it ran well again for a couple minutes and bogged down again. This sort of suggests a heating issue, but as above, I have had failure while only slightly warm as well. I use treated fuel.
