What does the inside look like. You have minor things outside so you will need some inspections to determine priorities. I would get roof checked out and get brick power washed by right people so they don't use corrosive methods. I see potential mildew on bricks above and below windows. Possible trouble sign. Then get plumbing and electrical inspections to determine if there are any issues that should be repaired before you move in. Then, make a list of everything you need or want to do and get to work.

depends on budget nd area. itd be cool to change brick to old stone look.

Changing brick would be prohibitive due to lack of proper foundational ledge to handle weight to say nothing of cost. But what could be done is a stone wall or posts integrated into landscape or a porch area independent of house itself.

I would love to do some stone in the landscaping or porch . I just can't get past the color of the porch and front door , garage door . I don't have any idea what color to paint them .

There are many websites where you can upload this photo and experiment with different paint colors. Sherwin Williams is a good website to do that. Looks like a pretty nice house. What stands out for me is the windows. Replacing the faux divided light windows costs some money and maybe you like them?

A combination of cream and then deep blue or teal would work well with your brick. The porch and soffit a cream and the shutters and garage the darker color. Then you could put a wider bed from the front right curving outward and toward the driveway with some interesting evergreens and seasonal flowers and a stone and cream wood fence to give the front yard more presence.

Instead of brick posts you could do stone ones and create a little bench seating area painted the same as the cream trim color. This would go at the longest stretch of bed in front toward the driveway.

Lighter blue shutters and cream trim would be lovely too. Keeping garage doors a darker color is important for "front facing" garages. I would also invest in much larger "carriage" type exterior light fixtures to "beef up" the look of the home. It is a lovely colonial home and has good basics, just needs some TLC. Hope this helps give you some inspiration!

Your home already looks great! I would get larger lights by the garage door, get new landscaping, and get pretty curtains at the Windows. I really do like the look of your house!
