My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    She fails to understand the point if Houzz and feels too threatened "to reveal her sources" thinking people wish to copy her exclusive designs (ROFL), so is using the site merely for free advertising. Very insecure and won't even share a paint color.
    I specifically ran this search for "striped curtains" for a project to create a traditional big-top-circus theme for a child's room and these would be perfect!

      No worries. Found pics of the same room on etsy.com and it says the drapes go for about $320. Looks like they sell them on there. Didn't know there was a payment structure, sorry about that.

      Yeah, I gave her permission to use that pic as an example even though she didn't make the originals. I'm sure her drapes will turn out just as nicely as the actual drapery.

      Yes my thoughts exactly. I decided to make mine myself and they turned out great! It's just black and white fabric at the end of the day. No rocket science there. Thanks gh4u for the sources!
