You need a complex color on the garage door that compliments the brick and brings a touch of color but reads as almost grey or neutral. This month's Family Circle had a coupon for a free sample jar of paint and you need a few muted greens or grey blues to try on some big cardboard boxes. Maybe a buttercream or dull gold?
I can't tell what the red flowers are,but they need some companions: some very low growing evergreen shrubs like dwarf Yaupon hollies under the windows and some bulbs or Irises.Lots of white flowers would echo a light warm tone on the garage door. The red would pop against the greyer cool tones.
Maybe a tiny flower or rock garden edging the front walk with some house numbers. Maybe a larger flowering shrub at the house corners. What color do the trees bloom? They might effect your color choices for paint and other plants.

so far so good, I would invest in a better qualtity front door.

I recommend toning down the trim, gutter, & garage door color. Also either upgrade the front door or paint it a nice color that will add interest.

Oh my this could be my home right down to the leaning pole. (you would think they could at least make it straight). You have more trees! Can you paint metal gutters and the paint will stay on?

I totally agree with painting the garage door a darker color - probably a gray (the rest of the trim could stay white). It is the first, and just about only thing I notice in the photo (just being honest - sorry). The lightness of the concrete and then the white door makes the whole rest of the house recede. Also, I think pulling a planting bed further into the yard - kind of swooping out to the driveway past the corner where the walk is - would do a lot. Are those azalea blooming? I don't really think the red goes well with the brick. I would go with brighter colors, perhaps whites and corals.

I think a rockery would be lovely at the road entrance with shrubs leading to the front door and yes paint the garage door cos whit is too much of a contrast
