Prelit tree mostly burnt out, from Costco circa 2010 >:(

Ugh. How do I fix this???? Bought 2010 at Costco. Not cheap and not willing to buy another one. Do I just buy lights to put on it?

Or is replacing fuses etc realistic? I have read about this online but I must say it seems far fetched. Also--Some of the bulbs look fine, but on some branches all of the bulbs are blackened.
