My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi, around 30lbs. Should be no issue with stability, it's a very nice chair.

    Thanks, my concerns are getting in and out via the swivel for average size guest are fine for for large or petite guests, having to pull the chair forward or back could be a real inconvenience.

    Well we've had no complaints thus far, they chair does swivel too, so getting out should be easy enough regardless of complexion.
