In the 1970's, I used to make a yam recipe that a friend gave me from what I think was one of the Vegetarian Epicure books. I've lost it and would like to know if the recipe is in the book before I start searching for one to buy. All I remember is that it was yams and maybe apples, with bananas and sunflower seeds on top. Maybe oranges or orange juice. Does that sound familiar to anyone, or do you have one or both books where you might check?
