Useful for determining soil composition/texture but tells you nothing about fertility or pH. Suggest you have a professional soil test done as well, as this will clearly outline nutritional deficiencies as well as pH and how to adjust if necessary. Looks like your soil is pretty sandy so adding OM is probably a very good idea.

Did you review prep procedure and how often to read the sediment layers? Did you add a little soap before shaking? You should measure what settles out after 2 minutes. This is sand. Measure what settles after 2 hours, which is silt. Clay should settle out after 2 days. Measure all three layers to get an idea.

Look up Logan Labs for a soil test and post your results in this forum. People here will help you get your soil in good shape.

Roughly speaking it looks like 2.5 inches of sand, 0.5 inches of silt,
and at least some bit of clay clouding up the water. That's pretty rare
to see that much cloudiness. According to this soil texture triangle,
you have loamy sand.
