A screen of some sort? Cause you still need to access the meter, so just planting in front of it is probably not the best idea.

You can have a screen or some plant. We have grasses planted in front of the meter

I think it would be nice to see the whole area before making suggestions , since there is a window well you will have to be careful with plantings

You can at the least spray paint the meter with some gray rustoleum paint.

Wacokid, painting the meter is absolutely something I should do. Our house is a cream stucco, so I'd go with a cream paint. That would definitely help.

My house has arches in the front. Something like this might work but may not be wide enough. Have to do some measuring.

If you look at the first photo, this is actually an outdoor shower but you could build a wall mounted 'box' to hide all three things. You'll notice the spacing between the boards for lots of ventilation/air flow. Your 'box' could also have a slotted 'lid' on the top constructed the same way. If the hydro meter needs to be read you could hinge the front section to open. It could be painted the same color as your home to blend in.

The 2nd photo shows a meter screening. To me, posts are just more work than necessary, but if you add another photo of your entire space, it could work.

This is the whole side of the house. I'm planning on either painting or getting a new backdoor to match the garage doors.

It is 9 feet from the outer white pipe to to the end of the pipe on the meter.

Just box it in with some lattice n it won't stand out so much.
