Bamboo Matting

We are researching the bamboo matting which we saw on patios in Europe. Do you have one mat or did you need to weave multiple mats together? Also, have you found the need to secure the matting down (does it blow off easily)?

    It came in rolls and yes it was secured to the top of the pergola with wire and stainless steel cables.

    Will depend on the structure of the bamboo matting and then how you secure it. Buy a small amount and test before covering the full surface.
