Lots of roots anywhere is a good sign. Are there any drainage holes in the pots?

The plant in the photo above does not have drainage holes.

This is why I was asking...the pine bark said to water and the pot has drainage holes and saucer.

That pot is designed to sell orchids. The moss will keep the plant and bloom a long time but not an environment for future growth. The pot in the link is good. Water left in saucers is bad. Orchids need to get wet but also need to dry out before the next water. The roots you see would love a spray bottle mist. Get orchid plus fertilizer at lowes, or home depot.

shavedmonkey, is "orchid plus fertilizer" the name of the fertilizer or did you mean a generic orchid fertilizer? Sorry for a maybe dumb question.
