My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Each piece is hand painted. We ship all orders within 1-2 businesses days as long as the item is in stock (which this one is). We are located in Wichita, KS. It will take about 3-5 business days to receive the painting. Most likely you will receive the item sometime next week.
