My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the sofa - a few questions...

What is the fabric feel? What is the cushion filling? Any info on durability?

    The fabric is 100% polyester with a high density foam fill. Being 100% polyester the fabric is quite durable.

    Emulating mid century modern design the fabric is slightly rigid but still comfortable. Please let me know if you have any other questions. thanks
