My plumeria has an inflo. It has been there growing at variable rates for the past couple of months.

Now for the first question. How much longer until blooms and what color might it be?


The second question. It may be a little hard to see in this image, but what is wrong with the leaf in the front middle, the one on the left and the one on the right?


Third and final question. What is wrong with the plumeria below?

The above picture is today.

The below picture is about two months ago.

The leaves that are in the above picture have grown but then fell off, after developing black spots. That leaves me with the top picture.


PS. If it matters, they are both cuttings.
