I have a question. Can anyone attempt to identify this plumeria?

Another question. Will it bloom every year? Will the tiny baby buds on this inflo bloom as well?

If it helps, it smells like roses.

What are some varieties that it could be? Also do inflos normally have this many flowers or more? Is the inflo normally this long? Are there any particular reasons you can not id it?

Depending on the cultivar it could have a basketball size bloom. This time of year many new blooms will look somewhat like yours with longer stems on the inflo branches etc.

I'm sorry but I would not be able to venture a guess for a bunch of reasons. its an inside bloom and in cooler weather which does not show its true colors, its the first bloom and therefore may not hold true (2 to 3 bloom cycles are needed before you know for sure how the flowers look), and I just can't see any tell tale characteristics that trigger an immediate response.

It's a pretty flower and I suspect in warmer weather it will have more pink to it. please enjoy it for what it is and not worry about the name. I have several that are unknown so I named them for where I found the parent tree is or in one case the sushi restaurant where a longtime friend gifted an unknown Plumeria to me.

It will typically bloom annually if provided the right conditions. Most commonly the blooms will occur during your summer months. I usually see the start of inflos by April or May and blooms from May to November.

As far as the plant as you described without developed growth tips. without further information it is hard to give a definitive answer. The most likely reason is spider mites or other sucking insect (if you are considering a new leaf forming as a "growth tip" and not the whole tip of the branch).

It looks slightly odd, in that it has a almost flat top. Approximately 1.5 weeks ago, the largest leaves turned brown and fell off. What is left are two tiny green leaves.
