My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is this Rubio Monocoat? Do you have any experience pos/neg with using mono coat?

    I don't recall this floor finish. I have had mixed results with Rubio Monocoat, more good, which leads me to believe the flooring contractor makes a difference.

    I'm leary of using Monocoat but I love the finish. Aside from the person applying it- do you find any issues or things to worry about when using Monocoat?

    My one bad experience was that the finish seemed to "walk-off". I have another client who has used the finish on multiple projects and loves the product. Despite lots of traffic and use, the floor looks great after 6 years. The floor gets maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer.
