My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello. All of our systems include the unit, a cartridge, o-ring, mounting bracket and hardware, and an installation manual. The customer will need to provide the fittings necessary to connect the system to your existing plumbing.

    We do offer both jumbo cartridges (the standard jumbo and the low VOC jumbo. The part number for those is RCFS236 and RCFS236L

    How often would I need to replace a filter, or how many gallons does one filter?

    Hello. The cartridges need to be changed every 4-6 months for a family of 4. This may vary based on actual water usage and existing water quality.
