I've seen similar fixtures at Lantern & Scroll as well (I just recently used them). They were so great to work with and their prices are awesome!

@1stli The lantern in the picture is the 36" Governor Lantern. It is available in three sizes (24", 30, and 36) in flush or bracket mount.
