You should be able to hire a cleaning service to do this -- just tell them what kind of job it is (i.e., are they getting construction dust out of curtains and couches, or mopping an empty house?) and probably they'll need to make a visit to give you a quote.

Construction dust will be in places far from the actual renovation. Try to find a professional company which has experience in this type of cleaning and you should be quite satisfied!

You can even google "post construction cleaners" if you don't know where to find them....make sure you find one that specializes in residential though! In my experience the companies that typically do commercial construction don't do as good of a job.
