We recently purchased a condo and had 4 days to find someone to handle some renovating as we were absentee owners. We were very lucky to find Tec Construction. Having renovated a few homes thru the years the quality of the tile installation and painting is the best we've seen. With Bill overseeing the construction and Dawn with her keen eye and style sense, we were thrilled with the outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any project large or small.

Dawn and Bill at TEC Construction were recommended to us by our building manager as he was very satisfied with other units that they had remodeled in our building. They immediately met us on site to evaluate our complete “down to the studs” remodel of our gulf view Naples condo. Dawn and Bill extensively researched our project, had subcontractors out quickly, had bids lined up and pricing presented in a short matter of time. The communication was excellent throughout the project with hurricane Irma thrown into the middle but they completed on time while working with the city on the latest permits and regulations. The vendors that Dawn uses for counter top, cabinet, appliance and tile selections were superb to work with and they returned to make sure that every last item on the “punch list” had been taken care of to our satisfaction. We have highly recommended Dawn and Bill and their team to anyone in our area!

Hans Johnson

Bill is one of the few contractors that didn't tell us to use different material for our shower just because they couldn't or were not willing to work with solid surface. We were looking for a contractor to install a solid surface shower walls. Because one of the walls has a window most of the contractors didn't want to deal with it and insisted on putting tile or acrylic inserts and closing the window. Bill not only hear what we wanted but he did a great job making suggestions of how the shower should be framed. He is very professional, never late for an appointment and did a great job installing our shower and vanity. I would strongly recommend TEC Constructions and Development.

We decided to update our Old Naples house. With the help of our architect, Henry Gonzalez, we came up with the basic design, which involved removing supporting walls and installing a steel beam. Kitchens by Clay then provided the design of the cabinets to fit the overall design. We then hired Dawn as a designer to help finalize the floor, paint, lighting and countertops choices. Dawn was very helpful, and we then met with her and Bill who gave us a competitive quote to perform the remodel. Every project has its challenges with sub-contractors - but Bill was on top of them and worked hard to get the issues resolved. Bill and Dawn delivered high quality work and were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them without hesitation.

My husband and I were going to move, but decided against it, so we decided to remodel the interior of our home. We hired Dawn Burke and TEC Construction because of numerous excellent reports from several neighbors who have remodeled their homes. It was a pleasure dealing with Dawn and her husband, Bill. They made excellent suggestions and the work was finished on time in an orderly fashion. We now have a fireplace and a flat screen TV in the great room. The kitchen looks incredible. The cabinets were painted creme and the countertops are now a light colored granite. The backsplash is the best! Glass tiles in various shades of brown and tan replaced old-fashioned tile. All in all, we feel we are in a brand new home. Couldn't be happier.
