My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Michelli, Thanks for visiting our Houzz page. The bronze chandelier was original to the home. The current owner decided to use the vintage fixture which we believe was installed when the home was built in 1967.
