As I'm getting to the year anniversary on my new home, I'm really happy with the progress that I've made. There are still a lot of loose ends to tie up before I can sit back and relax. :-) I have brought 2 interior designers into my home that just have not listened to me. They have basically told me that I need to spend $20K to buy all new furniture, accents, everything. For me, I would think a designer who can use what is existing (esp. when it is nice furniture) and add in some new pieces to finish out a room is a talented one.

But, I have no clue where to begin looking for said resource. Can anyone provide an internet directory?
