My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      The fabric comes from a company called DEDAR. Their showrooms can be found in buildings that cater to the design trade.

      I do not have that number any more but if you show the picture to someone in their showroom I am sure they will recognize which fabric it is.
