My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

LOVE THE CURVED RAILINGS!

Custom, I'm sure. Is there a source in MN that you know of? Gorgeous! What was the cost of the railings? Mine would be very close to these. Thank you!

Thank you for your question and comments. Yes, the railings were custom for this home. Unfortunately being in California, I am not sure of a local source for custom railing in MN. Also along those lines because of the difference in local construction costs between CA and MN, I would be hesitant to give you a cost of these railings as it may be substantially different in your location.
