My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I love the hearth and drywall color combination. Can you tell me what you used for materials and paint color? Thanks!

    I designed and built the hearth / fireplace. Its concrete tinted with a hint of white in the mix. The top of the fireplace is painted white. The wall color is from Sherwin William's "Mindful Grey". The mantle was custom made with natural maple. The floors are a natural maple as well.
